Workshop on Cancer Prevention in the City of Research and Technological Applications

The General Authority of the City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications in Borg Al-Arab headed by Dr. Maha Al-Damlawi organized a workshop on methods of prevention and treatment of cancer, with the participation of Dr. Agi Kumar, Professor of Advanced Biology and General Coordinator of the Biotechnology Program at the Department of Biological Sciences and Engineering Biology, “And in the presence of Dr. Osama Salama, Vice President of Future University and members of the Research Authority and their assistants in the city.

On the sidelines of the workshop, Dr. Kumar gave a detailed presentation on the history of cancer, methods of combating it, prevention and the latest treatment methods, stressing that early detection before the onset of symptoms can be positive and effective intervention to stop progress or slow down the disease.
